Andy Corriveau, licensed State Farm Insurance Agent and owner of Corriveau Insurance Agency didn’t really go looking for insurance. Instead insurance came looking for him while he was attending Jacksonville University by way of his father.
“My father was an old Navy Chief, and one day I came home from school and my dad said, ‘this lady from State Farm called and wanted to know if you wanted a job working part-time after school. I told her you would be at her office tomorrow at 2 PM sharp,’” Andy recalls. Andy worked his way up through various positions in the State Farm organization and was eventually moved to Beaufort in 1972.
Andy loves what he does and realizes he is lucky to have a job that he truly enjoys. “I have clients who have been insured with me for more than 35 years, and I enjoy meeting new clients,” says Andy.
