The Kalady Audiology team is led by Meg Kalady, Au. D. She is Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and the South Carolina Academy of Audiology.
Ironically, Dr. Kalady struggled with one aspect of her passion throughout the years. “I have always loved what I do, but not always where I was doing it,” explained Dr. Kalady. She had worked for 24 years in an Ear, Nose and Throat physician’s office.  “I always felt rushed, not being able to devote the time needed to establish a relationship with my patients.” So, in 2016, Dr. Kalady, along with her husband, Mark, and 3 daughters, Molly, Madelyn, and Maeve, moved from the Philadelphia suburbs to the Beaufort area. She was driven to make her dream of owning her own practice, where she could provide her own vision of care, become a reality. Kalady Audiology opened its doors to the people of Beaufort County and surrounding areas. “I now have the time to build relationships with my patients, and because of this, provide personalized care,” shared Dr. Kalady. Kalady Audiology offers a comprehensive list of services and hearing solutions, including Hearing evaluation, Hearing aid evaluation and recommendation, Hearing aid fitting, Hearing aid troubleshooting and repair, Hearing protection, and Cerumen Management.
