LOVE LEAD SERVE

Established in 2017, AIM’s primary mission is to empower girls and young women, encouraging them to love themselves and others, lead by example, and serve selflessly. This inspirational motto encapsulates the essence of what AIM stands for. This year, AIM hosted 70 young ladies and their families, including participants from neighboring states and from as far as California, Washington, and Puerto Rico.
What sets AIM apart is the impressive community service commitment of its participants. AIM delegates are deeply involved in their respective communities, collectively contributing over 10,000 hours of volunteer work each year. Their impressive achievements included a food drive that resulted in the collection of over 500 canned goods, the donation of thousands of dollars, and collecting over 700 bras to support the victims of human trafficking and domestic violence. These remarkable young women are shining examples of selfless service and empathy.
Behind this remarkable initiative is India Dickinson, the driving force of AIM. She exemplifies the idea that true leadership is not about power but about empowering others. Her commitment to their growth, not just as contestants but as young women with potential, is truly inspiring.
The decision to hold the 2024 National Pageant in Beaufort is a testament to India’s vision. Her goal is to showcase the beauty of this “little slice of paradise” and support the local economy. By bringing contestants and their families to Beaufort, she ensures that they experience all that the town has to offer, creating a deep connection between AIM and the local community.
