It’s a Family Affair!

USCB Center for the Arts is busy getting ready for opening night (on Saturday, September 14) of Beaufort Theatre Company’s production of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! The cast is comprised of thirty–one talented local actors that have been rehearsing five days a week to perfect scenes and choreography for memorable songs, like “Oklahoma!,” “I Cain’t Say No,” “People Will Say We’re in Love,” and “Oh, What a Beautiful Mornin’.”

“Beaufort Theatre Company is one big happy family,” said Bonnie Hargrove, USCB Center for the Arts Director, “and the Oklahoma! cast is no exception. In fact, four families are part of this cast. Mothers, daughters, sons, and fathers are all part of this amazing production.” Family members include Christi (Director/Choreographer), Chris (Curly), and David Barr; Kim, Kendall, and Liam Martin; Kati and Caeden White; and Anna, Elizabeth (Ado Annie), and Christa Booman.
