LEONARDI HOME
Designer: Refining Design
Home Sponsor: Habersham Properties
There’s no place like home for the holidays. So, with that in mind, the homeowner team of Refining Design has chosen to feather their nest this holiday season. Taking their cue from the beautiful, exotic Lowcountry birds, who line their nests with feathers to ensure comfort, the seasonal décor will aim to reflect the same special ambiance of holiday warmth, coziness, and contentment. The hallway Christmas tree, window wreaths, and tabletop garland will be adorned with yards of curling ribbons, dozens of shiny glass balls, and hundreds of natural feathers to accentuate the theme. Just as the nest is a safe and welcoming place, so, too, is the quintessential Southern home at this time of year.

This fabulous waterfront home, with views of the Broad River, warms your heart as you enjoy the subtle pink theme throughout the house as well as tributes and collectibles to “Barbie” by Mattel, the homeowner’s former employer. The holidays at the Kelly house begin with a truck on the front porch with Christmas gifts. Magnolia wreaths and garlands complete the look. As you step into the open floor plan home, you will see the magnolia wreaths complementing the interior windows as well as garland on the mantle. The dining table hosts Christmas Eve desserts while silver pine cones sparkle from the chandelier.
